The seven elements that influence the communication skills are-

1. Message- Information to be conveyed.
2. Sender- Source who sends information or message.
3. Encoding- Converting data or information into the coded language which isn't understood by any other person.
4. Reciever- Person who will receive the sent information ie message by sender and understand it by decoding.
5.  Communication Channel- An appropriate channel or medium through which the sender sends the message. The channel or medium may be emails, telephone calls, the internet, etc.
6. Decoding- The receiver decodes an encoded information to understand the sent message or information.
7. Feedback-  Response given to sender by reciever.
