- Complete (message should include all the required information)
- Concrete (message must be supported with figures and facts)
- Concise (message should be short and to the point)
- Consideration (message must covers all the points looking at the perspective of the receiver)
- Courteous (message should consider the viewpoints and feelings of the receiver)
