Characteristics of Virtual Assistants (VA):

(i) VA helps in performing our tasks easily and quickly.

(ii) VA helps in multi-tasking. It means VAs works their assigned task, during that you can do your own other work.

(iii) VAs access our data to accomplish the assigned task.

(iv) Generally Virtual Assistants works on voice command.
