The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were adopted by all United Nations (UN) members in 2015 to ensure peace and prosperity all over the world by the year 2030.
It was a universal call in 2015 to all 193 United Nations members to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all the people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.
SDG is also known as Global Goals as it has to be achieved by all UN Members.
